A LITTLE MORE

About Our Company

ESTD - 1997

Diane James Home creates gorgeous faux floral arrangements so realistic they even fool the bees. Like couture, our designs are hand-made to order with love in our Connecticut studio.

  • Since 1998 when we launched our first seasonal collection at Neiman Marcus, we’ve been bringing the lasting beauty of nature to interiors around the world. And we continue to delight our customers with unsurpassed quality in design and customer-service.

Flowers finish a room (as our mother, Diane, is known to say) and when she found herself commuting between a city apartment and a country home with armloads of fresh flowers that would wilt in days, she turned to faux stems as a solution. This inspired her to create the first collection of faux floral designs made in the USA to be sold at luxury retailers and through interior designers.

The company blossomed so quickly that we, her twin daughters, left our corporate jobs to plant the seeds for growth. In 2008, we launched a web store to sell our designs to fashionable flower lovers around the world.

  • It’s been more than 20 years and our faux florals have transformed rooms - from chic city apartments to elegant country homes, from 5-star hotel suites to one-of-a-kind yachts, and from presidential libraries to Hollywood sets. In 2018, Valerie Perry Raskin, a young and talented floral designer, joined our creative team to lead the design process, adding her whimsical touch to our forever flowers. We opened our doors to the public in 2019 with a showroom where our collections are displayed in a beautifully decorated home environment.

We know one bouquet can change your day and instantly makeover any room. That’s why we focus on every little detail - the stems we choose, the designs we create and the care we put into each order. With two seasonal collections a year, capturing the best in home decor trends, our faux floral couture is always an elegant way to elevate your home with lasting beauty.
